InCase HBRF Return
Quite often users indicate if a caution, adpen or prosecution has been given on a case by using the ‘Case Status’ field (e.g. Case Closed – Caution). They will then produce a report to show all cases with this status.
However, some officers apply this status without actually entering the information on the ‘Sanctions & Prosecutions’ screen. The HBRF Module will only look at the ‘Sanctions & Prosecutions’ screen and will not return any cases where the sanction record has not been created.
If you have discrepancies on your figures, and have checked all the configuration settings on InCase are correct, then double check the sanction record actually exists for the case. If you have checked both of these but the figures still do not match then contact the support team for more advice.
