Transform Sandwell choose InCase Intelligence

INTEC are very pleased to announce that Transform Sandwell, BT Global services, have chosen InCase Intelligence for the HR Service at Sandwell MBC. InCase will be used across the council to help deal with HR related cases.

Over the next few months INTEC will be working very closely with the Transform Sandwell Team to development further enhancements for InCase Intelligence ensuring it fits perfectly into this demanding and highly sensitive area.

We are also developing interfaces between the authorities Seibel and SPS systems ensuring data integration is carried out smoothly and efficiently. This project now means that InCase Intelligence is being used in three key areas of the council’s services

• Housing Benefit Investigations Team
• Corporate Investigations Team
• Human Resources

The advanced features of InCase Intelligence mean it can easily be adapted to suit any service, department or team that has a need for case management or the management of information.
